All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including software, design, text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks) are owned by Cultivo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any protected elements of the Service without our written permission. "Cultivo," the Cultivo logo, and related marks are trademarks of Cultivo; you agree not to use them without our permission.

Subscription fees (if any) will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Unless stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable (except as required by law) and may change with notice. Under no circumstances will Cultivo (or its officers, directors, employees, partners, or affiliates) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or inability to use it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in fees over the past 12 months (if applicable), or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is lower. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cultivo and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another; or (d) any content you submit or post on the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh (or another jurisdiction as applicable), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms or your use of the Service must be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
